About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the coordination and governance of key projects and initiatives
- Support Business Units in designing and implementing standard solutions and processes
- Provide methodological and operational expertise in intralogistics processes
- Define the optimal sizing and layout of future warehouses and optimize existing infrastructure
- Design functional, high-performance warehouses by integrating flows, storage, productivity, and scalability
- Define equipment and practices suited to logistics operations
- Deploy complex automation solutions with local teams and industrial partners
- Support solution selection, the preparation of specifications, tender processes, and project launches
- Integrate new tools and technologies into operational processes with Digital and Data teams
- Support the transformation of warehouse working methods as a Change Agent
- Standardize working methods and contribute to the deployment of the WMS Core Model
- Define and structure KPIs for capacity, storage, productivity, service quality, and costs
- Lead governance of the Logistic Engineering Practice strategic plan
- Co-develop management and analytical tools, particularly Power BI and AI models
- Identify and share best practices across Business Units
- Co-develop roadmaps for digital tools: WMS, Yard Management, and Labour Management
- Provide logistic engineering expertise in defining, configuring, and deploying WMS processes
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects
- Ensure the deployment of standards and best practices across the Group
- Harmonize practices related to tenders, specifications, and contractual frameworks with Indirect Procurement
- Co-lead the global community of warehouse logistics experts
- Support local teams in adopting new methods, tools, and processes
- Support the Global Practice Leader in structuring and leading the global Practice
- Contribute to Group reporting and ensure the visibility of improvements
- Create bridges between Business Units to promote experience sharing and common solutions
- Make occasional visits to Business Units
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree, ideally from an engineering school or in an engineering-related field
- A specialization in Supply Chain, industrial engineering, logistics, or business strategy would be an advantage
- At least 8 years of experience in Supply Chain operations, logistics, or logistic engineering
- Significant experience in a warehouse environment
- Operational experience in a business setting, including transformations, warehouse development projects, or logistics systems projects
- Experience in logistic engineering, methods/processes, automation, or WMS is preferred
- Excellent understanding of warehouse logistics processes and related operational challenges
- Proven experience leading transformation projects, ideally in an international environment
- Experience improving warehouse intralogistics performance
- Experience selecting, configuring, deploying, or enhancing a WMS
- Experience leading automation or industrial transformation projects
- Strong interest in Lean and continuous process improvement
- Ability to define KPIs, analyze data, and turn analyses into operational recommendations
- Ability to work with Digital and Data teams on tool enhancements
- Ability to work with equipment manufacturers and external partners and challenge proposed solutions
- Ability to assess investments, costs, expected benefits, and return on investment
- Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize information, persuade, and engage a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong hands-on orientation and ability to connect strategic vision with operational challenges
- Ability to support Business Units in finding appropriate solutions and building Group-wide standards
- Passion for technology and innovation
- Ability to support change and sensitivity to the human aspects of transformation
- Analytical, structured, and results-oriented profile

- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is essential
