Key responsibilities & impact

  • Manage event logistics, branding, experience design, and post-event impact reporting
  • Serve as primary contact for conference and co-marketing partnerships
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements and manage long-term partnership opportunities
  • Manage and optimize the US events budget for maximum ROI
  • Track event performance and ROI across the full lifecycle
  • Reallocate spend, retire underperforming formats, and independently optimize processes
  • Build scalable event processes, playbooks, templates, and workflows
  • Keep cross-functional stakeholders informed and communicate strategy and expectations clearly

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record owning a regional event program end to end
  • Senior event marketing background within tech, B2B SaaS, AdTech, or a fast-paced agency environment
  • Experience owning a full regional program, including roadmap, budget, and outcomes
  • Ability to build the US event strategy with leadership and lead hands-on execution
  • Ability to drive meaningful pipeline across supply and demand lines of business
  • Experience aligning with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership
  • Ability to lead industry trade shows, conferences, owned events, and executive hospitality events
  • Experience with logistics, branding, experience design, and post-event impact reporting
  • Ability to negotiate sponsorship agreements and manage co-marketing partnerships
  • Ability to manage and optimize an events budget for maximum ROI
  • Metrics-driven approach with ability to set success criteria, track ROI, reallocate spend, and optimize results
