About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary consultant for enterprise partners, architecting the technical path to success
Guide the co-creation of new products with the technology team based in Germany
Validate and optimize technical solutions with partners before production at scale
Support the technical partnership lifecycle by leading complex deployments and managing integration timelines
Lead high-risk troubleshooting and in-depth root cause analyses
Proactively identify and resolve integration blockers before they impact partner revenue
Use SQL and Python or other tools to aggregate and visualize complex datasets
Translate data into technical narratives that help partners achieve their KPIs
Convert partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal Product teams
Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts
Manage escalations, support executive-level technical discussions, and promote account health
Collaborate with internal Product and Technology teams, acting as the technical gatekeeper and advocate for key accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS (Tech Account Manager/TAM, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture), with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem
Professional fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is required
Proven experience directly managing key enterprise accounts and complex stakeholder environments
Ability to translate high-level requirements into technical specifications
Knowledge of SDK initialization, REST endpoint latency, and HTML/JavaScript debugging
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization
Extensive experience with Grafana, Tableau, QuickSight, or Kibana
Familiarity with Java or with building/supporting mobile applications and debugging SDK integrations is a plus
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in high-pressure environments
Software Development experience is desirable
