About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide full financial supervision of selected Polish and European subsidiaries/entities
- Act as a day-to-day finance contact for internal business stakeholders, focusing on profitability, debt collection, and credit risk management
- Review and approve client contracts, agency trading deals, and other finance-related documentation
- Control and forecast P&L over the long and short term
- Manage cash flow
- Prepare subsidiary financial data for consolidation, reporting, and management purposes
- Prepare monthly management reporting
- Coordinate the annual audit process as the main point of contact for auditors
- Oversee financial statement preparation by an external accounting service provider or auditor
Requirements
What you’ll need- University-level education in finance area
- 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting/controlling and/or auditing
- Proficiency in accounting and corporate finance / management reporting
- Office proficiency (Microsoft/Google), with a focus on Google spreadsheets and Presentations
- Experience with automations and optimizations, such as PowerQuery, PowerBI, or other automation tools
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1) and fluent Polish
- Knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset
- Experience or solid theoretical knowledge of Corporate Tax, VAT, WHT is nice-to-have
- ACCA, CIMA or other qualifications are nice-to-have
- Analytical, planning and organizational skills
