About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts
  • Oversee project execution across print, point-of-sale (POS), and promotional programs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client-related matters and build trusted partnerships
  • Understand client brands, objectives, and industry dynamics to develop growth-driving strategies and solutions
  • Drive client sales and profitability through value-driven solutions and cost control
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial briefs and quoting through proof approvals, production, quality standards, and final delivery
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Identify resource requirements, mitigate risks, and keep deliverables on track
  • Maintain proactive client communication and address concerns within agreed SLAs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet deadlines
  • Deliver projects aligned with sustainability metrics, including GHG emissions, recyclability, and water usage
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time production and delivery
  • Maintain supplier relationships and support cost and quality control
  • Review creative concepts and physical samples for brand and project alignment
  • Track and analyze program performance
  • Generate regular updates and reports for clients and leadership
  • Use data insights to recommend improvements and future program planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing account management role managing print and/or point-of-sale (POS) programs
  • Proven experience managing supplier relationships, including direct vendor communication and issue resolution
  • Strategic and analytical mindset
  • Resourceful, solution-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Strong project or order management skills
  • Exceptional organization, time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Demonstrated success in growing and maintaining accounts, driving top-line revenue and margin growth
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with client marketing teams, internal supply chain groups, and global stakeholders
  • Cultural awareness and ability to communicate effectively across international teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, client-facing presence
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to travel to client sites 3 times per week
