About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in the delivery of client campaigns and activities from planning to implementation in the retail space
  • Serve as a primary daily contact for internal teams and clients
  • Manage and update project timelines, budgets, and documentation
  • Escalate issues and assist in resolving delivery challenges
  • Coordinate with sourcing, creative, and production teams to align workstreams
  • Assist the Account Director in preparing presentations, reports, and reviews
  • Ensure compliance with brand, budget, and process standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow, tools, and client engagement
  • Oversee daily execution and coordination of client work
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams to manage timelines, clarify briefs, and resolve issues
  • Maintain project momentum and alignment across stages

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in retail marketing, client services, or an agency delivery role
  • Experience in Promo/Merchandising/Packaging/Print
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate clearly across stakeholders
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks
  • Commercially aware and able to manage budgets accurately
  • Familiarity with Promo and Packaging, creative production and/or procurement processes is a plus
  • Professional English and French
