About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Source and screen candidates for experience, qualifications, and role fit
Manage the hiring process from first contact through interviews, references, and offer
Schedule virtual and in-person interviews and keep candidates informed
Help hiring managers use interview guides and scorecards, prepare for interviews, and document feedback
Partner with managers to review candidates and advance hiring decisions
Maintain candidate records in Breezy HR and build pipelines for recurring roles
Hand off accepted candidates to the onboarding team

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least two years of recruiting experience, including full cycle recruiting
Experience recruiting in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, or a closely related clinical setting
Experience working independently and responsively in a remote role
Strong candidate communication, organization, and follow-through
Experience using an applicant tracking system
Preferred Florida residency and familiarity with Florida clinical qualifications and licensure
Experience with Topgrading or another structured interview framework
Previous contract work or experience managing a flexible portfolio of searches
Experience recruiting for adolescent programs or PHP/IOP services
