About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program for teens ages 13 to 17 and their families
- Represent the program at events, schools, and provider offices
- Build referral partnerships across Florida
- Track, forecast, and grow census and admissions conversion
- Partner on marketing campaigns and lead generation
- Run the telehealth IOP schedule and coverage in Kipu
- Drive outcomes, NPS, and quality improvement
- Keep the program audit-ready for AHCA, DCF, Joint Commission, and HIPAA compliance
- Supervise, hire, and develop therapists and Wellness Coordinators
- Own the budget, KPIs, and leadership reporting
- Lead the virtual clinical team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Florida-based (required)
- Available for in-field outreach and occasional travel (required)
- 3+ years in behavioral health or clinical program operations
- 2+ years leading a team or program, with measurable results
- Census, admissions, or growth target experience
- Business development or referral relationship experience
- Budget management and KPI reporting
- Telehealth or virtual program experience
- EHR experience; Kipu preferred
- Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
- Bachelor's in a related field preferred
- Eligible for a DCF and AHCA Level 2 background check
