About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Schedule caregivers with new and existing clients, ensuring all shifts are fully and reliably staffed
Manage medical scheduling systems for accuracy and effectiveness
Modify and update caregiver assignments according to client schedules
Coordinate caregiver and client matching
Maintain a positive demeanor while multitasking in a high-functioning environment
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
Stay connected and productive using company-provided systems while working from home
Communicate regularly with leadership and team members
Respond promptly during business hours when working from home

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must live in Middle Tennessee
Must be over the age of 18
Valid driver's license
Able to clear a 7–10 year criminal background check and drug screen
Experience in senior care, caregiving, or scheduling preferred/plus
Experience with WellSky, Sandata, and Health Suite is a plus
Must be able to be on-call once a month
Reliable, outgoing, and strong customer service skills
Presentable and professional appearance when meeting with clients
Clear understanding of caregiving and office tasks
Teamwork experience and ability to maintain a positive working environment
Dependable in production and attendance
Efficient and effective communication with persons at all levels of business
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and understand instructions and maintain written reports/records
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
Strong organizational skills and self-discipline
Ability to handle frequent interruptions and multitask
Ability to establish priorities and prioritize effectively
Ability to handle confidential materials/documents with discretion and confidentiality
Comfortable with software and technology
Quiet, professional home workspace
High-speed, reliable internet
