About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Directly supervise facility Clinical Directors and stabilize facilities experiencing acute clinical leadership gaps
- Partner in periodic clinical program evaluations across assigned facilities
- Support rollout and ongoing use of the AI-driven quality pre-audit tool across all charts
- Oversee alumni programming and peer support specialists nationally
- Lead standardization of the alumni program
- Support clinical documentation alignment to the KIPU EMR and regulatory standards
- Support training and coaching for migration from Avatar to KIPU EMR
- Support implementation and adherence to an AMA/ATA discharge-prevention protocol
- Lead patient engagement and experience enhancements, including group curriculum and family programming
- Support case management structure and productivity standards
- Standardize clinical job descriptions and hold direct reports accountable
- Participate in knowledge-transfer and onboarding processes
- Overlap across facilities on curriculum development, KIPU integration, documentation, quality, and AI quality-auditing oversight
- Deliver training on group therapy facilitation, standardized curriculum, de-escalation, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing
- Support clinical integration of newly acquired facilities
- Travel regularly to facility sites for on-site training, observation, and coaching
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related health field
- Minimum of 5 years in behavioral health with proven competence in clinical curriculum, fidelity, and implementation
- 5–7 years in a clinical management role leading people and managing processes across multiple facilities
- Independently licensed or license-eligible (LCADC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, or other clinically relevant licensure) recognized in the primary jurisdiction(s) where services are delivered
- CPR Certification required
