About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end studio operations for incoming creative production requests, priorities, and delivery timelines
  • Own and maintain the Airtable-based workflow system for intake, tracking, and reporting
  • Coordinate Figma, Frame.io, and Lucid to keep review and delivery cycles moving
  • Run cross-functional standups and operational check-ins
  • Resolve stakeholder and scheduling bottlenecks and competing priorities
  • Track operational and output metrics and report team health and delivery performance to leadership
  • Track real-time utilization for designers, editors, producers, and copywriters
  • Forecast flex/freelance staffing needs for high-volume periods
  • Identify capacity issues and push back on overallocation
  • Partner with the ASG Resource Manager to source and onboard flex talent
  • Maintain working knowledge of generative AI tools and identify opportunities to improve repetitive production tasks
  • Manage a team of 17 direct and skip-level reports and support team growth and planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10 or more years leading studio operations, production traffic management, or project management in a high-volume agency, in-house creative team, or fast-paced production environment
  • Experience managing 15 or more concurrent deliverables, including volume spikes of 30 or more
  • Social media content production experience
  • Strong, hands-on Airtable experience, including maintaining workflow systems and adjusting views and fields
  • Figma experience for reviewing and giving feedback on creative work
  • Basic Adobe Premiere knowledge
  • Experience with Frame.io and Lucid, or comparable creative review and collaboration tools
  • Experience tracking team bandwidth, mapping utilization, and coordinating flex or freelance talent
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary creative talent, including direct and skip-level reports
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and digital advertising trends preferred
  • Hands-on creative production experience preferred
  • Podcast production or post-production experience preferred
  • Direct generative AI workflow integration experience preferred
  • Ability to work in the United States and meet applicable work authorization requirements
