About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform rack construction and cable pulling
  • Install racks, projectors, monitors, and related submounts
  • Assist in testing system components for integrity and compliance with project specifications
  • Maintain quality and timeliness while following industry standards and project schedules
  • Communicate with ASG’s Site Supervisor or Project Manager regarding expectations and deliverables
  • Manage equipment inventory and maintain accurate daily activity logs
  • Follow established safety protocols
  • Install Belden 3G and 12G HDSDI, audio, antenna, control, and speaker cables
  • Apply cable specifications ranging from 14 to 23 AWG
  • Install 12G BNC, mini-BNC, and DIN connectors on coaxial cables
  • Perform metal fabrication, rack construction, mounting, and wire harnessing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of one year experience in broadcast system installations
  • Proficiency in mounting projects, rack construction, and precision wire harnessing
  • Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to travel to multiple project locations
  • In-depth knowledge of cable specifications ranging from 14 to 23 AWG (preferred)
  • Expertise in installing 12G BNC, mini-BNC, DIN, and other connectors, with familiarity with Belden, Canare, Kings, and Neutrik brands (preferred)
  • Ability to work in the United States, as indicated by the required work authorization question
  • Must be within a commutable distance of the role's location and able to commit to the required on-site schedule
