About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with the department manager to establish a continuous performance reporting system.
- Assist in creating performance indicators and dashboards for operational services.
- Track, measure, and analyze company and department performance measurements to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Develop appropriate data-gathering techniques and streamline and automate data use.
- Develop the skills of data support staff and other quality/operations staff in collecting, analyzing, and reporting information.
- Ensure accurate data is collected on time, distribute regular progress reports, and recommend future improvements based on data.
- Maintain a database of all relevant measures per department.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions as required.
- Collaborate with staff, leaders, and managers to continuously improve data accuracy and the measurement process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in a performance culture.
- Hands on experience in converting requirement into BI visuals.
- Strong Statistical background.
- Knowledge of the Balanced Scorecard framework.
- Able to evaluate data gathered from multiple sources, reconcile differences, and ensure consistent approaches, data interpretation, and results measurements.
- Strong knowledge of dashboard reporting tools, preferably Power BI.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good knowledge of using MS Flows.
- Good knowledge of using APIs.
- Able to communicate and resolve conflicts appropriately.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO27001 is an advantage.
