About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and nurture relationships with auto dealerships and auto repair shops through face-to-face service and ongoing support
  • Develop understanding of dealership and shop operations related to buying and selling auto parts
  • Identify customer challenges and create solutions to facilitate smoother business interactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role with a track record of driving growth and closing business
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with ability to manage a territory and take ownership of results
  • Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, AI tools, and reporting platforms
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze business data, performance trends, and ROI
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand customer challenges and recommend practical solutions
  • Automotive dealership, collision, repair, parts, or related industry experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
  • Monday to Friday availability; no weekends
