About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and engage qualified talent for assigned openings and talent pipelines
  • Conduct proactive candidate research and sourcing using LinkedIn, talent databases, social media, referrals, and other approved tools
  • Share qualified prospects with recruiters for further assessment
  • Build and maintain organized candidate pipelines through research, outreach, and relationship management
  • Coordinate interviews and recruiting meetings, including scheduling, confirmations, changes, and follow-up communication
  • Support candidate communications and recruiting logistics
  • Assist recruiters with resume review, talent mapping, market research, pipeline reporting, and other recruiting activities
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, activity notes, status changes, and documentation in the applicant tracking system and other Talent Acquisition tools
  • Assist with Talent Acquisition projects, strategic initiatives, and operational priorities
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, templates, training materials, and shared resources
  • Track assigned actions and deadlines, organize shared materials, and prepare routine project and program updates
  • Follow established processes and maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling candidate, employee, and business information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years’ experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, Human Resources, or a related professional environment; relevant internship experience will be considered
  • Experience coordinating interviews, calendars, or meetings across multiple participants and time zones
  • Experience supporting projects or maintaining standard operating procedures, templates, training materials, or shared team resources
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Experience using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, or other online tools for candidate research and sourcing
  • Ability to learn an applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management system, or similar business technology
  • Ability to follow established processes, complete defined tasks accurately, and manage scheduling, documentation, and data with attention to detail
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize assigned work, meet deadlines, and raise issues when guidance is needed
  • Collaborative mindset and interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods at a stationary workstation
  • Ability to regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 lbs
  • Ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions
  • Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
  • Verbal communication, listening, understanding, responding, and speaking
