About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with the development and management of central services
  • Work with Practices, Physicians, Executive leaders, and System partners on improvement strategies
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to achieve organizational outcomes
  • Assist with centralized implementations, tracking, and reporting
  • Implement strategy and support constructive stakeholder relationships through communication and diplomacy
  • Provide programmatic support to the Medical Group for strategic system program development and daily contact center management
  • Collect and analyze data, solve problems, resolve conflicts, manage relationships, and evaluate and improve processes
  • Recommend knowledge-based solutions and courses of action to promote quality improvement
  • Integrate and coordinate operations and resource management across multiple locations
  • Organize and manage human and physical resources to optimize performance and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to promote transparency, trust, and reliability
  • Supervise daily operations of multiple practices through on-site practice managers
  • Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate clinical and operational functions to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years of effective/operation group practice management experience
  • Experience working with an integrated delivery system is highly desirable
  • MBA/MHA or relevant graduate degree preferred
  • Knowledge of financial management, telephony management and reporting, customer relationship management, human resource management, governance and organizational dynamics, planning and marketing, information management, risk management, and business and clinical operations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to lift and move reports and notebooks weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to use computers, a 10-key calculator, and telephone
