About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the enterprise data, business intelligence, and analytics strategy for Language Services
- Develop and manage performance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to AVP leadership and functional leaders
- Design and maintain data governance frameworks, standards, and quality assurance processes
- Manage enterprise reporting including KPIs, SLAs, utilization metrics, and financial performance
- Partner with functional areas to identify data needs, define metrics, and build reporting solutions
- Lead trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive analytics for strategic planning
- Collaborate with IT on data integration, warehouse design, and platform connectivity
- Develop and manage analytics tools and platforms including Power BI, Excel, and SQL
- Support business case development with data analysis, ROI modeling, and impact assessment
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting and analytics systems
- Train stakeholders on data literacy, dashboard usage, and self-service reporting
- Manage ad hoc data requests and analysis projects
- Represent Language Services data and analytics in enterprise reporting and governance forums
- Drive analytics strategy and capabilities supporting advanced decision-making
- Develop predictive models for strategic planning and operational optimization
- Monitor financial metrics demonstrating revenue impact and cost optimization
- Build reporting infrastructure and dashboards supporting operational decision-making
- Develop and monitor analytics on language access equity, health outcomes, and patient satisfaction
- Work with telephone/computer and sit for prolonged periods; perform moderate walking, standing, lifting, bending, reaching, stooping, pushing, and pulling; intermittently lift up to 40 pounds
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required in data analytics, business intelligence, healthcare administration, or related field
- Typically requires 7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or healthcare reporting
- Prefer 7+ years of healthcare data analytics experience with enterprise BI platform management
- Expert proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Strong data governance and quality management skills for enterprise reporting
- Advanced analytical skills including trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Experience with healthcare data including operational, financial, and quality metrics
- Data integration knowledge including ETL processes, data warehousing, and platform connectivity
- Business case development skills including ROI modeling and impact assessment
- Project management skills for managing multiple analytics initiatives simultaneously
- Experience with healthcare regulatory reporting and compliance analytics
- Advanced statistical analysis and modeling skills
- Experience with data science tools such as Python and R
- Experience leading data literacy initiatives and building self-service analytics capabilities
- Must demonstrate the ability to communicate with individuals and groups effectively
- Must possess critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and the ability to concentrate
- Must be able to work with high volume of activities/projects with short deadlines
