About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive operational excellence across the marketing organization
  • Manage budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting aligned to KPIs, OKRs, and ROI expectations
  • Design and continuously improve intake, prioritization, governance, and workflow processes
  • Lead workforce and capacity planning, aligning staffing, agency utilization, and workload distribution with business priorities
  • Develop reporting frameworks providing visibility into performance, financials, and operational health
  • Support agency and vendor management processes, including contracts, deliverables, and performance expectations
  • Operationalize the portfolio and planning model through efficient execution, financial discipline, and scalable processes
  • Travel minimally as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, finance, operations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, finance, or a related field
  • Experience managing budgets, operational processes, and performance reporting in a complex, cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable operational systems and measurable outcomes
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Process discipline with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to design and scale operational systems and workflows
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills
  • Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • No certification, registration, or license required
  • No relocation, sponsorship, or visa transfer available
  • Must work remotely from one of the specified eligible states
  • Master’s degree and Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or process improvement certifications preferred
