Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate degree in nursing or a related field
  • If the graduate degree is not in nursing, a bachelor's degree in nursing is required
  • Active, unrestricted registered nurse (RN) multi-state compact and/or single-state license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is practicing
  • NPD certification required
  • At least 3 years of nursing experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with adult learners
  • Demonstrated essential and advanced NPD competencies
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong presentation/speaking skills
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Proficiency operating computer functions, including email, electronic records, and digital platforms
  • Ability to travel and exposure to weather and road conditions
