About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate project planning using established project management methodologies, tools, and resources
  • Organize and monitor projects from concept phase through implementation
  • Coordinate daily work efforts of project teams and direct staff, contractors, and vendors
  • Ensure effective utilization of project resources, people, and equipment
  • Collaborate with project teams, management, and leadership to evaluate project results
  • Communicate project vision, status, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and budgets through formal reporting
  • Assist with preparing and monitoring annual project budgets and project development plans
  • Develop project schedules for new products, programs, and assigned projects
  • Produce regular progress reports against timelines and budgets
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project management processes, techniques, and tools
  • Track projects post-implementation to ensure expected benefits are obtained and capture insights for future projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • Typically 3 years of experience in the coordination and/or planning of projects demonstrating basic project management skills
  • Knowledge of project and program management methodologies and tools
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate a variety of projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Position requires travel
  • Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
