About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process
- Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures
- Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making
- Provide compassionate patient care
- Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum
- Work in a 14-bed adult medical-surgical observation/inpatient unit with short stays and fast turnover
- Collaborate within a strong, high-energy, teamwork-oriented environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Ability to work 3 7p-7a night shifts
- Rotation weekends and holidays
