About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process
- Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures
- Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making
- Provide compassionate patient care
- Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum
- Care for non-oncology ambulatory infusion patients across specialties including rheumatology, neurology, and gastroenterology
- Work in a 14-chair infusion center open Monday through Friday
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Minimum of one year of RN experience in an acute care setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Oncology experience preferred
- PRN schedule availability, Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm
