About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process
- Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures
- Apply evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and nursing skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Advocate for patient needs
- Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum
- Provide care in an ambulatory and outpatient pain management setting
- Support diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic pain using minimally invasive procedures
- Educate patients and support personalized treatment plans and long-term wellness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred
- Provider travels to multiple clinics in Northern Milwaukee/Washington/Ozaukee Counties
- Monday–Friday availability for eight-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00am–5:00pm
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
