About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full life-cycle implementation of revenue cycle functions for strategic partnerships
  • Ensure milestone completion for readiness, workflow analysis, testing, training, go-live, and transition to post-live support
  • Serve as the single point of contact for revenue cycle inquiries and escalations from assigned partnerships
  • Identify, resolve, or escalate risks and issues
  • Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses of current and future-state workflows
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Informatics team on training and increased support needs
  • Identify and coordinate support needs for assigned partnerships
  • Provide occasional on-site support
  • Travel as required
  • Perform other related duties as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Typically requires 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations
  • Experience implementing successful initiatives and business processes across varied healthcare operational settings
  • Broad knowledge and competency of revenue cycle metrics
  • Workflow knowledge in revenue cycle settings
  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple departments and matrix organizational structures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • Knowledge of key technology solutions, business drivers, and factors that maximize area performance
  • Ability to independently manage varied workloads of strategic initiatives with multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated experience integrating regulatory compliance requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of products
  • Ability to travel
  • None required for licensure, registration, and/or certification
