About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with laser machines remotely and occasionally on-site
  • Diagnose mechanical systems, including motion and alignment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to diagnose problems logically and efficiently
  • Comfortable working with tools and equipment
  • Experience with CNC machines, lasers, or similar equipment (highly preferred)
  • Basic understanding of motors, belts, and motion systems
  • Basic understanding of power supplies and electrical components
  • Basic understanding of computer/software troubleshooting
  • Calm under pressure
  • Clear communicator who can explain complex things simply
  • Detail-oriented
