About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the technical focal point for the SAP system, ensuring service continuity and quality for business areas
Ensure the operational support of the SAP environment by monitoring incidents, problems, and enhancement requests
Understand business processes and propose solutions aligned with SAP best practices and company guidelines
Gather and detail requirements with key users, translating operational needs into functional specifications
Prepare functional specifications and oversee developments carried out by consulting firms and vendors
Execute and validate system configurations
Plan, execute, and support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
Investigate and resolve incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions
Act as a liaison between business areas and IT for all SAP ECC 6.0 modules
Identify process optimization opportunities and coordinate with SAP vendors to implement bug fixes, enhancements, requests, and projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed or ongoing higher education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields (currently in or beyond the 7th semester)
Basic knowledge of SAPscript development
Knowledge of databases (queries, data extraction, import and export, PL/SQL)
Knowledge of SAP ERP
At least 2 years of experience in the role
Intermediate English (preferred)
