About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess asset health, performance, and risk to support investment decisions
- Develop and improve asset deterioration and risk models
- Analyse complex data to identify investment priorities and opportunities
- Support long-term investment and asset management planning
- Work with stakeholders across the business to deliver evidence-based recommendations
- Help optimise investment strategies to maximise value and minimise risk
- Shape long-term investment strategy for Affinity Water’s vital water infrastructure
- Support decisions balancing risk, performance, customer outcomes, and long-term sustainability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in asset management, asset strategy, investment planning, risk analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with large datasets and investment modelling tools
- Ability to communicate technical information to a range of audiences
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Asset Management, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
