About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate the Internal Consulting (Business Partner) team in supporting leaders, serving as the interface between corporate People & Culture Management initiatives and the achievement of business-unit results.
  • Act as a strategic partner to client functions, supporting leaders in people-management decision-making.
  • Support leaders in team management, including engagement, productivity, development, talent retention, and succession.
  • Ensure the implementation and communication of People & Culture Management policies, programs, and practices.
  • Monitor people metrics, such as turnover, absenteeism, headcount, and employee movements, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing action plans.
  • Support organizational change management initiatives, facilitating transformation processes and cultural development.
  • Conduct organizational analyses and propose solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Facilitate discussions related to organizational structure, workforce planning, and leadership development.
  • Ensure alignment between People & Culture specialist teams and business demands.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Business, or a related field.
