About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, maintaining regular communication and providing timely progress updates
  • Collaborate with data integration, claims management, sales, product development, and IT teams to coordinate client onboarding and integration
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop customized implementation plans
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for on-time and on-budget implementations
  • Use project management tools efficiently, updating them weekly and informing customers and internal teams of project status
  • Proactively identify and resolve implementation issues and challenges
  • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve implementation processes and client experience
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on products and services, staying current on industry trends and best practices
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of the absence management industry and disability and life products, including FMLA, ADAAA, STD, and LTD
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4 or more years’ experience in client implementation, project management, or a similar role
  • Travel less than or equal to 50%
