About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop technology and methods for random selection of files and transactions for quality audits
Develop, maintain, and upgrade systems that house quality audit reviews, findings, and results
Serve as administrator for the SharePoint site
Map current business processes to define business requirements and activities
Use business process maps to develop technological solutions, procedures, models, and operational processes
Apply appropriate analysis to business unit and quality team issues to provide resolutions and satisfy customers
Create management reports by gathering data from various systems
Develop and establish reports in customer-friendly formats for management
Create and automate reports for business unit management
Document and communicate process and procedure changes, including system implementations and upgrades, before implementation
Maintain project records, including scope change control, cost-change control, and revised requirement documents
Work with the project manager to notify and involve required departments in projects, including Internal Audit, Financial Control, Privacy, and Computing Security
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience writing Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
Experience working with Microsoft Visio and Minitab 16 or later, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of business operations, business process analysis, quality management, project management, and software development methodologies
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Ability to evaluate complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations
Effective verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences
Ability to document processes, procedures, and business requirements
Ability to collaborate across functions, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Four years of professional job-related work experience performing business analysis, developing business requirements, using analysis techniques, and writing technical and/or online documentation for end-users
Advanced knowledge of Excel or reporting databases such as Power BI or Minitab is preferred
Travel less than or equal to ten percent
