About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and analyze the monthly financial results of operations and business areas, monitoring revenue, costs, expenses, and key performance indicators
Identify variances against the budget and forecast
Monitor and analyze payroll-related expenses, comparing budget, actuals, and projections
Partner with business areas throughout the budgeting and forecasting cycles
Support the development of cost and expense projections
Prepare and monitor forecasts with the supported areas, consolidating information and identifying variances, risks, and opportunities
Analyze financial data and build dashboards and performance indicators to support decision-making
Validate recorded accounting information against management controls, ensuring proper allocation, consistency, and control of costs and expenses
Automate processes and consolidate financial data to improve efficiency, reliability, and agility in controls and analyses

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Experience in FP&A, financial planning, and analysis
Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to work with large volumes of data and develop analyses
Experience or knowledge in financial data automation and consolidation
