About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consolidate the monthly revenue calculation for the B2B, B2P Education, and B2P Digital operations
Manage the financial close calendar
Ensure the correct application of accrual-based and deferred revenue recognition criteria
Reconcile calculated revenue, invoicing, and the general ledger
Identify the root causes of discrepancies and monitor the necessary corrective actions
Consolidate the revenue forecast and analyze variances against the budget
Translate variances into business drivers and recommendations
Prepare executive revenue analyses and reports for senior management
Maintain calculation documentation, a business rules dictionary, and an audit trail for KPI calculation and reporting
Standardize metrics and nomenclature across different operations
Act as the technical liaison with the FP&A and Accounting teams
Use advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI to analyze and consolidate data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
A postgraduate degree/MBA in Finance, Controllership, Accounting, FP&A, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred
Experience in Revenue, FP&A, Controllership, Financial Planning, or other Finance functions
Experience with accrual-based revenue calculation and recognition, including revenue deferral
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with SQL and Power BI
