About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, develop, and guide a team of four Product Managers across different product contexts and challenges
  • Ensure data-driven prioritization by connecting product decisions to business metrics and objectives
  • Support PMs in developing hypotheses, defining bets, establishing success criteria, and tracking results
  • Resolve trade-offs, priorities, and dependencies across products and squads
  • Connect strategy and execution, raising the quality of planning, roadmaps, and decision-making
  • Establish goals and outcome metrics for each area, tracking progress and accountability for results
  • Lead strategic discussions and decisions with executive leadership and stakeholders across different areas
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Product Operations
  • Build relationships with Marketing, Sales, Legal, Operations, and FP&A
  • Develop a high-performing team by fostering autonomy, clear expectations, feedback, and the growth of PMs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in Digital Product, including leadership roles
  • Proven track record of managing and developing Product Managers
  • Strong ability to connect product strategy, user experience, and business outcomes
  • Experience with data-driven prioritization, metric definition, hypotheses, and success criteria
  • Ability to turn complex problems into clear bets and direction for teams
  • Maturity to make decisions in situations involving ambiguity, incomplete information, and conflicting perspectives
  • Ability to navigate environments with multiple stakeholders and influence decisions at different levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage mature/legacy products while simultaneously advancing new solutions
  • Experience building and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong collaboration skills with Engineering, Design, Data, and Product Operations
  • A profile that helps raise the bar for strategy, planning, and execution within the Product team
  • Preferred: experience in healthtech, healthcare, or regulated markets
  • Preferred: experience with SaaS products and/or complex digital ecosystems
  • Preferred: experience with products involving multiple journeys, personas, and business models
