About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle leads generated, preferably by phone and through other communication channels, to address student inquiries and complete sales
- Comply with legal requirements and internal policies, actively participate in training sessions, and report potential challenges
- Protect the confidentiality of information in accordance with Afya’s Code of Ethics and Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD)
- Engage and negotiate with prospective customers in a personalized manner by understanding their profiles, pain points, and needs
- Tailor Medcel services and products to customer needs, with a focus on conversion, satisfaction, and achievement of departmental targets
- Update the Afya system with information about customer expectations and experiences, contributing to continuous improvement
- Ensure a prompt and accurate response to interested customers
- Record emails, calls, and other activities in the CRM system
- Follow up on opportunities and contacts using Salesforce tasks and WhatsApp Business tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Previous experience in inside sales in a consultative selling environment
- Experience in education sales is a plus
- Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday; from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays; and scheduled Saturday shifts from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
