About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute accounts payable routines, ensuring payments are processed within established deadlines
- Monitor upcoming and overdue invoices
- Resolve issues related to the payment process, interacting with suppliers and internal teams when necessary
- Handle requests and tickets related to accounts payable activities
- Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve and standardize processes
- Support closing activities and controls related to the Accounts Payable department
- Join a multidisciplinary team within the CSA Directorate
- Maintain ongoing collaboration with Procurement, the Invoice Processing Center, Accounts Receivable, Controllership, and other internal partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Incomplete or ongoing undergraduate studies
- Previous experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience handling high payment volumes and multiple CNPJ-registered entities
- Position open to people with disabilities (PwD) and individuals rehabilitated through Brazil’s National Social Security Institute (INSS)
