About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform bank and financial reconciliations for various payment methods, ensuring the consistency and quality of financial information for undergraduate education units
- Monitor and analyze financial postings, identifying discrepancies between financial systems and bank statements, investigating root causes, and supporting the resolution of outstanding issues
- Resolve outstanding financial issues in partnership with internal teams and external partners
- Analyze and validate financial files, supporting financial and accounting closing processes related to receipts
- Monitor the area’s operational KPIs and compliance with established SLAs
- Work closely with Treasury, Accounting, Collections, Financial Operations, and Technology teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
- Contribute to automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives for reconciliation routines and financial data processing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or a related field
- Experience with financial processes, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, or financial administrative activities
- Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and validate financial information
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify, investigate, and resolve financial discrepancies
