About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to requests related to employee changes and personnel administration processes
- Receive, review, and organize information that impacts payroll
- Complete and update spreadsheets and internal department trackers
- Prepare the information and documentation required to support payroll processing
- Support hiring, vacation, termination, and employee data change processes
- Assist with reviewing payroll entries and other payroll-related changes
- Monitor records and adjustments related to time and attendance tracking
- Provide support to employees by answering questions about personnel administration processes
- Assist with organizing documentation related to labor proceedings
- Contribute to monitoring the department’s controls, metrics, and processes
- Support other personnel administration activities as requested by the team
- Ensure information is organized and internal procedures and applicable legislation are followed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience with personnel administration processes
- Basic knowledge of hiring, vacation, termination, payroll, and time and attendance processes
- Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
- Experience using payroll and electronic timekeeping systems
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to work effectively with spreadsheets, reviews, and tracking systems
- Ability to manage a high volume of requests while maintaining organization and efficiency
- Strong ability to respond to requests and provide support to employees and internal departments
- Preferred: experience with RM Labore/TOTVS or similar systems
- Preferred: experience with pre-payroll activities
