Key responsibilities & impact

Draft, review, and analyze a wide range of contracts, including real estate, banking, supply, service, commercial, and digital services agreements
Prepare standard contract documents to enable faster and more efficient engagement with third parties
Respond to internal inquiries regarding contractual matters to minimize legal risks and protect and enforce rights
Draft extrajudicial notices and counter-notices to protect and enforce rights
Maintain and update the legal management system
Work in the Legal Department, focusing on the analysis, drafting, and management of general contracts, drafts, terms and conditions, notices, agreements, and legal opinions of medium and high complexity
Advise internal clients on contractual matters and processes
Actively participate in contract negotiation meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Law; postgraduate qualification preferred
Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
Experience with high-value, strategic contracts with significant business impact
