About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the organization and monitoring of the Mentoring operation
  • Track schedules, calendars, deliverables, outstanding items, and deadlines
  • Serve as a liaison with coordinators, mentors, professors, and partner teams
  • Support the organization and structuring of educational content and learning journeys
  • Participate in alignment meetings and follow up on agreed actions and their outcomes
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve processes
  • Contribute instructional design best practices to the organization of learning experiences
  • Support initiatives focused on improving the student experience and learning outcomes
  • Support the monitoring of educational and experience metrics, such as NPS, CSAT, and evaluations of professors, classes, and questions
  • Provide leadership with visibility into the progress of key demands and support the ongoing development of the operation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in education, educational content, academic operations, educational projects, or related fields
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with different audiences
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and follow demands through from start to finish
  • Preferred: experience with exam preparation programs, higher education, medical education, or other education businesses
  • Preferred: experience with Agile methodologies
  • Preferred: knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Miro
  • Preferred: experience monitoring and analyzing metrics such as NPS and CSAT
  • Preferred: experience reading and interpreting public calls for applications and official notices
  • Preferred: postgraduate degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Management, Project Management, or related fields
