About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consolidate and analyze data from different CRMs and information sources, ensuring the consistency, quality, and reliability of metrics
  • Develop analyses of commercial performance, pipeline, forecast, conversion, productivity, and revenue
  • Identify opportunities, trends, risks, and growth levers to support decision-making
  • Build and enhance executive dashboards in Power BI using data modeling, DAX, and Power Query
  • Translate complex information into clear, actionable metrics for managers and executive leadership
  • Partner with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Technology teams to define and monitor strategic KPIs
  • Standardize metrics and align indicators with business objectives
  • Produce data-driven analyses and recommendations, presenting insights to executive leadership
  • Ensure data governance and quality by integrating multiple sources and advancing the company’s data intelligence capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Data, STEM, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in business-focused data analysis, particularly in Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Finance, or Operations
  • Advanced SQL knowledge, including complex queries, CTEs, Window Functions, query optimization, and handling large volumes of data
  • Strong experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and executive dashboard development
  • Knowledge of dimensional data modeling, including Star Schema, fact and dimension tables, and SCDs
  • Experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources
  • Knowledge of KPIs and business metrics
