About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with the Growth Management team, translating high-level planning and business goals into campaign schedules, content hypotheses, and action plans for the POD
Lead the creative quality of the POD’s deliverables, ensuring deadlines and strategic concepts are met without the need for micromanagement
Design the end-to-end narrative flow for one-off and evergreen campaigns
Integrate communications across Ads (Meta/Google), Relationship Marketing (Email/WhatsApp/CRM), Landing Pages, and Social Media
Ensure the right message reaches users at the right moment in their journey, maintaining consistent hooks and objection handling across digital channels
Write high-complexity, high-impact assets, including launch structures, primary sales pages, and lifecycle journeys
Partner with the PMM Analyst to lead the POD’s testing hypotheses and propose structural conversion improvements based on funnel behavior

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid, proven experience in Copywriting and Direct Response Marketing, with a track record of scalable campaigns
Full command of the Portuguese language, with exceptional grammar and semantic skills
Strong expertise in Omnichannel Strategy, integrating paid-traffic funnel communications with CRM automation and Inbound Marketing sequences
Expertise in formulating hypotheses, isolating variables, and strategically designing A/B tests for landing pages, cadence flows, and performance creatives
Ability to interpret the statistical significance of results, consolidate learnings, and scale winning strategies
Mature funnel data analysis skills, including ad metrics, page conversion rates, and email engagement
Ability to create presentations and clearly document campaign strategies for the team and stakeholders
