About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a decision-making partner by understanding the real problem behind requests and structuring hypotheses
Guide the team on where to focus
Design and evaluate experiments with clear metrics, success criteria, and statistical rigor from the outset
Distinguish correlation from real impact and use appropriate methods to support decisions
Produce analyses that connect data to strategy and generate clear recommendations
Communicate complexity as actionable decisions for different audiences
Share best practices, structure knowledge, and strengthen a data-driven culture across Analytics teams and Squads
Work in a multidisciplinary Product, Engineering, and Business team within the Product and Technology division

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in analytics closely connected to decision-making, preferably in digital products or healthtech
Ability to design experiments before launch, including primary metrics, guardrails, statistical power, and predefined decision criteria
Ability to distinguish correlation from causality and clearly communicate the limitations of the data
Independent application of statistics—including regression, GLMs, hypothesis testing, and time series—end to end in Python and/or R
Advanced SQL
Git/GitHub
Experience building dashboards in Power BI using advanced DAX
Strong understanding of product metrics: funnel, retention, engagement, and experience
Ability to connect metric variations to business levers
Ability to translate analyses into clear recommendations, explicitly stating the decision, trade-offs, and what could change the conclusion
