About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and validate the academic offerings of educational units, including class organization, schedules, and faculty workload
- Prepare and monitor the faculty workload budget, contributing to financial planning and the sustainability of academic operations
- Analyze faculty costs, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains without compromising teaching quality
- Monitor and support the implementation of the Education Operating Model (MOP), assessing scenarios and managing exceptional situations
- Develop analyses, controls, and management reports using advanced Excel and Power BI, transforming data into strategic insights for decision-making
- Structure and automate spreadsheets, integrate databases, and develop solutions that improve data reliability and process efficiency
- Partner with academic units and corporate departments to support the resolution of demands related to educational offerings, cost management, and academic planning
- Participate in academic efficiency projects, contributing to continuous process improvement and the identification of operational optimization opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualification preferred
- Experience managing academic offerings, class planning, and monitoring faculty workload
- Experience with budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning, preferably related to academic operations and faculty costs
- Advanced Excel skills, including combining and relating databases, building complex formulas, and developing automated controls
- Intermediate Power BI skills for data analysis, report development, and KPI monitoring
- Analytical ability to interpret data, identify optimization opportunities, and support decision-making
- Ability to structure and improve processes, controls, and management tools, with a focus on operational efficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with different corporate departments and academic units
- Organization, autonomy, and prioritization skills to manage simultaneous demands and solve problems
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and process automation will be considered an advantage
