About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, maintain, and continuously improve service governance frameworks, including processes, policies, standards, and workflows.
- Promote industry best practices, serving as a reference for methodologies such as ITIL, COBIT, Lean, and Agile.
- Support the definition, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the department’s strategic metrics, including KPIs and OKRs.
- Ensure the standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement of processes related to Service Management.
- Facilitate communication among business, technology, and operations teams, promoting alignment and collaboration.
- Support the governance and prioritization of the department’s demands, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, executive reports, and materials for governance forums and committees.
- Contribute to change management and digital transformation initiatives by supporting the adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions that increase the efficiency, control, and quality of services delivered.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Governance, Service Management, Process Management, PMO, or related areas.
- Experience with process mapping, documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of industry frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL, COBIT, BPM, Lean, and Agile.
- Experience developing, monitoring, and analyzing performance and management metrics.
- Strong analytical skills and a systems perspective to understand impacts, risks, and opportunities.
- Experience preparing executive reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and employees at various organizational levels.
- Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Knowledge of productivity, management, and process documentation tools.
- Preferred: experience with organizational change management.
- Preferred: experience with digital transformation projects.
- Preferred: advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Preferred: experience with corporate governance or IT governance initiatives.
- Preferred: certifications related to ITIL, COBIT, Lean, BPM, or Agile.
