About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support, enhancements, and implementation for systems serving the education ecosystem
- Ensure the stability and operational continuity of existing systems
- Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
- Manage the implementation and integration of new solutions and systems
- Identify business area needs and align technology solutions with the company’s strategies
- Analyze functional and technical requirements for system enhancements
- Develop and monitor system integrations through Web Services
- Perform database queries and analysis using SQL
- Lead multidisciplinary projects and coordinate internal and outsourced partners or technical teams
- Contribute to the advancement of architecture, process automation, and the operational efficiency of systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience supporting and implementing educational systems
- Experience with TOTVS RM modules
- Knowledge of system integration, routine automation, and requirements analysis
- Experience using SQL for querying, data extraction, and analysis
- Knowledge of Web Services integrations
- Experience with continuous improvement and digital transformation projects
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and technical teams
- Analytical mindset, business acumen, and results-oriented approach
- Strong communication, proactivity, and ability to collaborate with different departments
- Preferred: experience in educational institutions or complex education ecosystems
