Content Lead

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the continuous improvement, optimisation, and ongoing management of the AG Barr corporate website
- Partner with a third-party digital agency and cross-functional internal teams to develop an outstanding corporate web presence
- Ensure the digital environment reflects global best practices and aligns with corporate branding goals
- Direct hands-on production of corporate visual and written assets, including video editing, brand photography and videography, blogs, articles, social content and multi-channel creative direction
- Maximise content created for external channels across internal channels to drive employee engagement
- Own AG Barr’s LinkedIn account and activity to elevate executive visibility and corporate reputation
- Manage the corporate LinkedIn community to grow followers, deepen brand loyalty, and cultivate professional connections
- Produce campaigns highlighting cultural milestones and “Meet the Team” profiles
- Support community management of the internal Fizz platform with the Communications Lead
- Monitor and assess analytics and performance metrics across the corporate website and external social channels
- Use insights to optimise visual and written assets, enhance user engagement, and drive traffic to AG Barr digital platforms
- Manage third-party creatives, specialised agencies, and external vendors to deliver content on time and within scope
- Organise and oversee professional photoshoots and videoshoots, liaising with the QSE team on health and safety compliance
- Act as Pillar Lead for the “We are AG Barr” corporate identity pillar and provide monthly updates and reporting to the People & Communications Leadership Team
- Raise Purchase Orders and manage payment and administrative tracking for content projects
- Support occasional out-of-hours or weekend work for business demands, campaigns, or events
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of three years’ experience within a fast-paced corporate communications, brand or content function
- Proven ability to prioritise dynamically and maintain delivery momentum during periods of change or shifting business priorities
- Proven track record of creating high-quality video, photography, and graphic content for corporate platforms
- Ability to strategically repurpose and adapt external content for internal channels
- Hands-on experience managing corporate websites and optimisation projects alongside external technical agencies
- Proven capability in tracking and assessing web and social media metrics to evaluate content performance
- Demonstrated success in managing creative agencies and vendors to execute major multi-media deliverables
- Strong ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams to harvest stories and translate business strategies into clear consumer and corporate narratives
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
- Willingness to support occasional out-of-hours or weekend work and regular travel within the UK
