About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and maintain workforce scheduling and time management systems, particularly ORTEC and LOGA Time Management
- Handle inquiries and incident reports from facilities as part of 2nd-level support
- Implement system adjustments and configurations
- Set up working-time and duty-roster models in compliance with collective bargaining agreements and statutory requirements
- Participate in system testing
- Support releases and updates
- Create data imports and reports for facilities
- Conduct user training
- Maintain process and system documentation
- Help shape company-wide system standards and modern solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in business administration or healthcare
- Ideally, additional professional qualification, such as an IHK-certified HR specialist, a specialist qualification in healthcare management, or equivalent
- Enthusiasm for HR systems, digital processes, and workforce scheduling software
- Initial professional experience in HR, workforce scheduling, or working-time management is preferred
- Experience with workforce scheduling systems such as ORTEC or LOGA Time Management is desirable
- Basic knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, employment guidelines, or working-time regulations is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly with complex spreadsheets, data analysis, and pivot tables
- Structured and service-oriented approach to work
- Enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders
