About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the delivery of Aggreko's QHSE strategy across Northern Continental Europe
- Partner with regional leadership teams to strengthen safety culture, improve operational performance and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites
- Lead risk management, incident investigations, audits, assurance activities and regulatory compliance programmes
- Drive environmental and sustainability initiatives, including measurement, reporting and reduction of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions
- Provide expert QHSE support for major projects, customer engagements, tenders, crisis management and business continuity activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced HSE/QHSE leader with proven success supporting multi-site operations within industrial, engineering, energy, manufacturing or construction environments
- Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and drive change within a matrix organisation
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, sustainability frameworks and regional HSE compliance requirements
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Experience using business intelligence and HSE management systems
- Fluent in business-level English
- Fluent in either German or Dutch
- Additional European languages considered an advantage
