About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist clients in implementing Agicap’s key features, including banking and data integration
- Meet clients to understand their cash management and forecasting needs
- Collect client data from banks and accounting tools
- Transform client data using SQL / Python workflows for integration into Agicap
- Manage client projects to integrate data and features and ensure optimal use of Agicap’s capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct follow-ups, and gather client insights
- Build a scalable library for processing customer data
- Contribute to knowledge management for banking and accounting tool aggregation
- Build a wiki of best practices and key processes
- Define, improve, and automate customer data collection and transformation processes
- Provide structured and quantitative product feedback to prioritize data integration and banking aggregation features
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduated from an engineering or business school
- German language at native level
- Fluent in English
- Excellent command of Excel, including VBA
- Experience automating data processing via SQL / Python
- Team player willing to share knowledge
- Willingness to develop customer interaction skills
- Curious and a fast learner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ambitious and attracted to a start-up mindset
- Eager to contribute to projects you believe in
