About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage pipeline health by monitoring open opportunities and sales workflows from proposal to close
Report sales trends, objections, repeat business, and changes in the customer journey to marketing
Prioritize and assign follow-ups to account executives and track completion
Maintain accurate Autotask and Zoho CRM records, fields, and financial data
Manage MSAs and NDAs from draft through signature and correctly file executed agreements
Analyze pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Lead special projects, including system integrations and vendor work, from start to finish
Support handoff to delivery after contract signature
Set up account executives to provide ongoing client support and maintenance
Report to the Senior Manager of Sales

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of project management experience
Product management background is also a good fit
Experience managing a high volume of concurrent projects or workstreams
Strong data analysis skills, including using data to spot trends, track progress, and recommend improvements
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and keep work moving with minimal supervision in a remote environment
Friendly disposition and unrelentingly positive attitude
PMP certification is nice to have
Experience with Autotask or Zoho CRM is nice to have
Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem or Microsoft certifications is nice to have
Experience in sales operations at an IT services company is nice to have
Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work
